Scrigno is one of the supporters of the social inclusion project promoted by the I Bambini delle Fate Foundation, the social enterprise set up in 2005 upon the initiative of Franco and Andrea Antonello, who thanks to the project entitled “Attori si nasce... non si diventa”, aims to build a social-education centre for children and youths affected by psycho-social difficulties.

This contribution is the concrete manifestation of our company strategy dedicated to social innovation. Scrigno supports society by combining its unique set of corporate assets with the resources of other players, to generate relevant solutions to social problems, investing company resources in the pursuit of purposes of an ethical nature.

“Attori si nasce... non si diventa”, an integral part of the national campaign “Fare Impresa nel Sociale”, is dedicated to vulnerable youths aged 6 to 18 years in the Forlì-Cesena area. Its aims are to create educational group contexts, encourage the development of social abilities, interpersonal and spontaneous interaction skills, build interpersonal relations and facilitate the meeting of families at parent meetings.

Francesco Bigoni, CMO of Scrigno Group, declares: "Our company shares the same values as the foundation and association, we are all focused on spreading a vision "with a smile on our faces" of autism and all forms of diversity, promoting the potential of youths and the great strength of their families".

In detail, initiatives focus on activities which reinforce basic autonomy, expressive laboratories (theatre, multimedia, art, basal stimulation and body activities), creative occupational workshops, animation, guided free play, conviviality and outings. In this sense, theatre becomes an important means of social communication, in which diversities enrich experiences in company, stimulating new friendships, smiles and possibilities.
