Ermete di Santarcangelo di Romagna, 30th January 2023 &ndash; The Board of Directors of Scrigno SpA is delighted to announce the newly-appointed CEO and General Manager Fabrizio Campanella, effective immediately.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Carlo Frau, President of Scrigno S.p.A., commented as follows: <em>&ldquo;We are delighted that Fabrizio has accepted to take the helm of Scrigno and lead it in its new development phase. Fabrizio boasts a consolidated international expertise in multiple sectors, which perfectly fits Scrigno&rsquo;s growth ambitions. In his new role, Fabrizio&rsquo;s tasks will include defining Scrigno&rsquo;s strategic development plan, with the aim of consolidating its industry leadership and reinforce its growth trend via organic initiatives as well as M&amp;A transactions.&rdquo;<\/em><\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>After graduating and completing a Master&rsquo;s degree in <em>Business Administration<\/em> at Milan Polytechnic University, Fabrizio Campanella embarked upon his professional career in 1998 by joining Bain &amp; Company, where he worked for 14 years, becoming its Associate Partner and doing business mostly in the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors in Italy and abroad.<br \/>&#13;\nHe joined De&rsquo; Longhi Group in 2012 as Managing Director of Braun Household, a leading German brand in the SDA sector acquired under perpetual licence from Procter &amp; Gamble. Considering the outstanding results achieved, in 2018 Campanella was also appointed Global Chief Marketing Officer of De&rsquo; Longhi Group.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Fabrizio Campanella said: <em>&ldquo;I am proud to take on this role and highly enthusiastic about embarking on this new adventure with the support of such a dynamic and highly qualified team.
