Track locking system
- The structure of the case is made of galvanised steel, 0.5 mm thick in the sides/rear profile and 0.8 mm thick for the top/bottom profiles.
- The side of the case is made from a single piece of sheet metal and features vertical corrugations, with 100 mm pitch. There are also 6 horizontal 0.6 mm profiles on the side in galvanised steel that serve both to reinforce the structure and to facilitate the application and fixing of the plasterboard slab by means of the special screws provided as standard.
- The new top profile allows the track to be locked during insertion.
- The counter frame is equipped with two slot-in spacers required for installation and a bag with 60 screws for fixing the slabs of plasterboard on the case.

- The structure of the case is made of galvanised steel, 0.5 mm thick in the sides/rear profile and 0.8 mm thick for the top/bottom profiles.
- The side of the case is made from a single piece of sheet metal and features vertical corrugations, with 100 mm pitch. The corrugation gives greater rigidity to the structure. The wire mesh, which completes the side, is made of galvanised steel and is secured to the side by staples allowing for excellent plaster anchorage.
- A fine-mesh fibreglass mesh is supplied allowing with the case which, placed at the top opposite the joint between the box and the brick (on both sides), protects from possible plaster cracking.
- The new top profile allows the track to be locked during insertion.
- The counter frame is equipped with two slot-in spacers required for installation.
Sliding system
The track is made of aluminium with PVC side profiles delimiting the thickness of the finished wall. In the wooden upright side, the cross member is secured in place by pre-assembled nails, while in the case side it is slot-in.
Sliding hangers
A pair of hangers with ball bearings with a capacity of 100 kg is supplied. The hangers are equipped with bolts, suspension brackets and end stop for door panel assembly.
