Mini Counter frame for sliding doors

Scrigno’s Gold line includes singular solutions such as the Contatto compact counter frame. It can be used as a window or an intermediate aperture between two rooms, such as a food hatch between the kitchen and dining room. Two versions are available: for masonry wall and for plasterboard wall. The model for plaster is applied to brick walls with a finished wall thickness of 90/105/125/145 mm whereas the plasterboard version on finished walls with a thickness of 100/125 mm. Contatto can be installed with a single or double door. The size of the opening width is variable in width between 600 and 1200 mm in the single door version and between 1000 and 2400 mm in the double door version. The height can be modified to the nearest centimetre from 800 mm to 1190 mm.

Case
The structure is in Aluzinc. The case for plasterboard is reinforced with horizontal elements to make it more rigid. The structure for walls in masonry is fitted with a galvanised arc-welded plastering mesh placed on the side members and secured by specific metal staples. A fine fibre glass plastering mesh is supplied for positioning between the metal structure and the brick. The upper base is designed for the attachment of the track crosspiece. The front cover trim also features storage pocket to house the alignment spacers. The clamps are fitted to the rear of the case to help anchoring with masonry. The lower base is designed for the floor mounting of the case as well as to mount the door panel guide cylinder rod.

Track crosspiece
There are one or two tracks depending on the single or double door version. The structure is in extruded anodised aluminium and shaped to ensure the perfect alignment of the hangers. Connecting brackets ensure attachment of crosspieces. PVC side spacers mark the thickness of the finished wall.

Hanger
The hanger kit includes a pair of hangers with four nylon-coated wheels and ball bearings with a maximum carrying capacity of 120 kg per door.
