After ten years of consulting work for major Engineering Firms, in 2006 the two architects, Fabio Lattanzi and Silvia Statella, founded lastArch, focusing on design and interior design.
Every project, whatever the scale, constitutes an opportunity to stimulate synergies and relations and experiment with new ideas and technologies. Our formal research usually deals with environmental sustainability issues and the social value of architecture, setting itself the goal of contributing towards building widespread quality in the environment built.
Starting with the customer’s needs and desires, we design spaces with superior styling and technological value, paying particular attention to the evolution of the intervention over the years, to its heightened value through use, its user-friendliness and the possibility of positively affecting those who come into contact with it. Thanks to the experience gained in the industry, we can make a network of companies, craftsmen and suppliers available, with who we are in a position to ensure outstanding results thanks to a practice consolidated by experience.
