Soundproofing security door
Peace of mind, privacy, i.e. soundproofing. A complex term for a technically articulated solution and a simple, noise-free result. Introducing the Saint Michel security door from the Scrigno Tech line.
Saint Michel are security doors from the Tech line. There are two models which differ in the type of hinges they are fitted with. The classic Saint Michel version has tubular hinges, while the Saint Michel Pro is the variant with concealed hinges. The front door has an acoustic insulation value of 45 db, which is the product’s strength. The soundproofing panels are inside the panel body and inserted between the uprights and the upper crosspiece of the counter frame. The acoustic sealing strip is also included in the perimeter leaf profile. The doors have a thermal transmittance value of 1.5 – 1.0 w/m²k and thus also ensure outstanding thermal insulation. All the door models are certified in burglar-resistance class 3 in accordance with European standard UNI EN 1627-1628-1629-1630. The line of security doors is entirely customisable, offering a wide range of finishes. The Saint Michel models have a standard size of 2100 mm in height by a width of 900 mm.
Frame and hinges
The frame is in 20/10 thick sheet steel. The structure has deadbolts on the hinge side, against attempted break-ins. There are different types of hinges depending on the chosen model: Saint Michel or Saint Michel Pro.
Lock and accessories
The accessories are totally customisable and you can choose from internal handles, external handles or fixed/swivel knobs, or grab bars in various models and finishes.
The Saint Michel line comes with a mobile weather strip sill.
The cylinder must be inserted correctly on the lock during assembly. All cylinders have an installer key and 5 user keys.
