From Scrigno’s intuition to a Group vision
Scrigno Group was born from the experience that gave rise to Scrigno in 1989, transforming a pioneering innovation into a structured industrial journey.
Building on this initial intuition, Scrigno embarked on a growth path driven by strategic acquisitions, progressively expanding its offering and industrial expertise:
– 2017 → Master joins the Group, a company based in Piacenza specialising in security doors.
– 2019 → CCE becomes part of the Group, active in the production of automatic sealing systems and safety devices for windows and doors.
– 2021 → Scrigno enters the portfolio of PAI Partners MMF, a leading international private equity firm.
– 2024 → Acquisition of Rintal, Italy’s leading manufacturer of design staircases.
– 2025 → The Group further expands with the addition of Enesca, a Spanish leader in the distribution of design staircases for the residential and contract sectors; Ecomet, specialising in the production of thermo-acoustic monoblocks and security closures; and FBP Porte, a centre of excellence in the manufacturing of interior doors.
