Scrigno Group has announced the acquisition of Enesca: a specialist Spanish distributor of designer staircases for the residential and contract markets, with a head office in Badalona (Barcelona) and showrooms in Barcelona and Madrid.
The deal is part of the group’s international development plan and the aim is to bolster Scrigno’s presence on the Iberian Peninsula – a strategic market – and enhance its selection by moving into adjacent spheres with the potential for synergy with its core business.
Thanks to its professional team of experts and an efficiently organized distribution network featuring showrooms and a logistics warehouse, Enesca is a top choice among architects, interior designers and construction firms catering to customers who are increasingly demanding when it comes to design approaches and quality.
