Counter frame without doorposts for soundproof sliding doors

Acoustic solution is a kit comprising an acoustic door, doorposts and special hardware (upper draught excluder, lower draught excluder, magnet kit), for installation on Base counter frame in the plasterboard versions to achieve exceptional soundproofing performance levels on a sliding door. it is certified in accordance with UNI EN ISO 10140-2:2010 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2013 which regulate the assessment of sound insulation of buildings and their components. The counter frame achieves acoustic insulation of 39 db as confirmed by tests conducted on plasterboard walls with a finished thickness of 100/125 mm. The innovative technology applied to the structure, which makes such results possible, consists of mobile sealing strips fitted with magnets placed along the lower perimeter of the door panel and the counter frame.
The kit is available for standard sizes: The size of the opening width varies from 600 mm to 1000 mm in width and 2000/2100 mm in height.

Case
The structure is designed for plasterboard walls with a finished thickness of 100/125 mm. The size of the internal space is 54/69 mm. The case is fitted with reinforcing elements. The upper base is designed for the attachment of the track crosspiece, while the lower base is designed for the floor mounting of the case as well as to mount the door panel guide cylinder rod. The upper closing profile of the case is fitted with fixing brackets for anchoring to the wall. The front cover trim is fitted with storage pocket to house the alignment spacers .
