Counter frame for partial-pocket sliding doors

The Armonico counter frame is a system that allows the partial concealment of a door that opens to 90° (half-sliding and half-hinged). This solution enables the housing of a case with minimal dimensions inside the masonry. The internal space of the case measures 69 mm with a maximum wall thickness of 105 mm. The counter frame is ideal in those settings where the available space is limited, such as corridors, bathrooms, dressing rooms, laundry rooms. Armonico is also available with double doors, for customers who nevertheless require large openings. The opening width reaches 2400 mm in width for a standard height of 2000/2100 mm. The structure is available in the version for plaster.

Case
Armonico has a compact case, whose overall dimensions are approximately half that of the opening width. The structure is made of Aluzinc (aluminium, zinc and silicon), which is a corrosion-resistant material. The structure for indoor walls in masonry is fitted with a galvanised arc-welded plastering mesh placed on the side members and secured by specific metal staples. The upper base is designed for the attachment of the track crosspiece. The lower base is designed for the floor mounting of the case as well as to mount the door panel guide cylinder rod. The clamps are fitted to the rear of the case to facilitate anchoring with masonry. The front cover trim is fitted with storage pocket to house the alignment spacers . The fine fibre glass plastering mesh is supplied for positioning between the metal structure and the brick.

Track crosspiece
There are one or two tracks depending on the chosen version: single or double. The structure is in extruded anodised aluminium and shaped to ensure the perfect alignment of the hangers. PVC side spacers mark the thickness of the finished wall.

Hanger
The hanger kit includes a pair of hangers with four nylon-coated wheels and ball bearings with a carrying capacity of 120 kg per door and everything required to fit the door that opens to 90° (half-sliding and half-hinged).
