The Scrignokit counter frame is the ideal solution for plasterboard walls. The kit takes up a minimal footprint and is easy to transport. The structure is made entirely of sheet metal and is easy to assemble and install. The counter frame is available in two versions, 600-800 and 900-1000.
Scrignokit 600-800 has an opening width of 600, 700, 750, 800 mm for single door. If you fit two opposite counter frames - to the left and right of the opening space - and join them using the dedicated joining brackets, you can achieve an opening width of 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600 mm. The dimensions for the single door with Scrignokit 900-1000 are 900, 1000 mm in width, reaching 1800, 2000 mm in the double door version. The opening width has a height of 2000, 2100 mm for both models .
The counter frame is designed for the assembly of a 40 mm thick sliding door with a maximum weight of 120 kg. It can be installed on a 100 mm thick wall with an internal space of 54 mm.
Kit composition
The kit consists of four uprights in 0.8 mm thick corrugated sheet metal - two of which are reinforced with a sheet metal profile with a 2.4 mm thick double reinforcement fold -, a sliding track equipped with side brackets and upper fixing supports for anchoring to the plasterboard wall structure, an installation space, a pre-drilled sheet metal lower profile to mount the door panel guide cylinder rod, a hanger kit and, lastly, a screws kit.
Assembly
Scrignokit is quick and easy to assemble. The upper sliding bar and the installation spacer are marked with the dimensions available. Simply cut off the excess part to obtain the desired size. To help the operator further, the upper sliding track has an attachment spring, which enables the choice of size thanks to a click system.
Accessories
An adapter kit can be requested to fit the counter frame onto a wall with an overall thickness of 125 mm and an internal space of 69 mm.
